How We Handle Complaints
When National Finance receives a complaint, we will acknowledge it promptly and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.
Where appropriate, we will first ask the adviser involved to work directly with you to address your concerns. If this is not possible or the matter remains unresolved, National Finance will act as an intermediary to investigate the issue and work towards a fair outcome.
Our goal is always to resolve concerns promptly, professionally, and respectfully.
External Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to your adviser’s External Dispute Resolution Scheme, as outlined in their Disclosure Statement.
